JustVish Creative Studios, a turn-key video production and social media agency, is on the hunt for a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team! We produce compelling visual stories for brands & businesses across India, specializing in Documentary Films, Corporate Video & Event Films, Social Media Content Production and Wedding Films.

🚨 Please note: This is a FULL-TIME Role for an experienced candidate. This is also office-based role in Bhubaneswar ONLY. No Remote or No Part-Time applications will be considered. 

​​

✅ What You'll Do:

• Assist in developing social media content strategies and content calendars

• Oversee content production and execute social media strategy. Manage all social media platforms ensuring all content is published as per schedule

• Write SEO Optimized, Titles, Descriptions, keywords and tags for each content piece(Hinglish & English both)

• Write tweets, write blog articles, captions and subtitles in both Hinglish and English for projects as required

• Develop compelling scripts (Hinglish & English both) and storylines for YouTube videos, Corporate Videos, Event Films, Documentary Films, Social Media Content and Wedding Films.

• Research ideas to repurpose long form content into new engaging short form contents. 

• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly

• Review analytics and report performance

• Run ads and campaigns for assigned projects

• Use the latest in A.I tech in all aspects of content management

• Work fulltime in a startup enviroment. No moonlighting allowed. No part-timing.

💻 Key Techinical Skills:

• Experience with social media and project management tools.

• Communication Skills - Fluency in Hindi and English(Verbal and Written both)

• Content Research - Ability to identify trends, understand client needs, breakdown platform updates and plan content that works.

• Experience in ChatGPT and prompt engg.

• Monitor Analytics and Reporting.

• Run ads and campaigns for assigned projects.

• Experience in Canva Pro is good to have.

• Experience in Photo Editing (Photoshop/Lightroom) is good to have.

👥 Non-Technical Skills:

• Honesty and Integrity in character

• Creative mindset and ability to think out of the box

• Organized approach, ability to adhere to schedules and meet deadlines.

• Openness to feedback and quick to implement changes.

• Ability to quickly learn new A.I tools to adapt with changing times.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Great team player - Ability to work with editors, designers, photographers and videographers in getting the job done

• A passion for travel, food, and adventure content is a plus

• Go getter attitude who can make things happen
